"A great big thank you to the guys in the service dept. I broke down on I80 250 miles east from Reno HD July 2nd 2008. By the time the I returned being towed in it was almost 8pm. The service manager and a few guys were just about to leave for the night. They graciously took my trike in and got my info and said they would do eveything they could to get me back on the road.
They did, by 5pm the next evening they called to let me know my 2008 Roadglide trike ready to pick up. I am very greatful to the service dept for the outstanding work they did for me to get me on my way back to South Carolina.
I know service dept is very busy with your regular customers with service and repairs, But I would like to say that Reno HD has a 5 star service Dept.

"On Friday June 13 we had begun a road trip to Oregon when we arrived in susanville we noticed a small oil leak. Upon arriving at your dealership around noon we were greeted by a very friendly young man (sorry do not remember his name). He said that they were booked for the day but would see if a tech could check it out. Well they did fixed it and we were on our way again by 4:30. Just would like to extend many thanks for helping us in our time of need. We do not live in your area but will be using your dealership for our on line purchases. "We have been by the dealership many time just looking to see what you had. One day while there we spotted a used Classic and we talked about it over night. When I was finally able to get back there was somebody else buying it. Shelly whom we had talked to before saw me and told me they had just sold the one I wanted. She told me hold on and let me see what I could do. She came back a minute later and said how about an 06 Classic for the same price of the 99 I was looking at. By noon the next day I was out of the store with a great bike at a great price. Thanks to Shelly and the staff at Reno H.D. the wife and I are back on the road again. When I told friends in Sacto.Ca. and in Las Vegas about the New Owners get together put on by Owners of the Dealership. They were impressed. They said they had gotten new bikes from dealers in their towns and that was all they got was a bike and a reminder of their first oil change. Thanks for the great experience."

"Last night my wife pulled into the driveway with my forty fifth birthday gift strapped into the bed of our truck.
A complete surprise, I knew nothing about!
The bike is a beautiful 2007 screamin eagle springer.
All she has talked about since she got home here in Elko is how easy and fun it was to deal with Reno Harley Davidson.
Bless her heart she knows nothing about Harley Davidson's or why this is my dream bike.
The staff at Reno HD patiently guided her to the right bike and even worked a dealer trade to get the correct color.
Keeping this a surprise involved working after hours and even delivering the bike to my wife in Winnemucca.
She chose to buy this rare and wonderfull machine at Reno HD. She could have made the deal at another dealership closer to our home. The staff at Reno HD made the choise an easy one.
We look forward to all our future dealings there.
As a matter of fact I think a couple of new helmits and some leather are called for.

On March 14, 2007, we went to Reno Harley-Davidson to buy a helmet for my husband. As we walked into the dealership, I noticed the bike I had been looking for. A dyna Low-rider, with the exact paint color I wanted. We met with Dan DePetro. Dan did an excellent job with my new purchase of the Low Rider. This was my first motorcycle purchase, and Dan was a great help. He even pushed the bike outside from the show-room so I could see the paint and sit on the bike, to make sure it was what I wanted. I can not say enough about how the service department and Dave the custom guy, made everything happen with accesories. Even with a very busy day at the dealership The owners Marci and John came by to say Hi and check out the new bike. Again I am very pleased with the staff and purchase at Reno-Harley Davidson. "When I started looking for a bike I stopped by a Harley deallership closer to home. One of their salesmen literally left me standing on the showroom floor.I contacted Scott told him I was coming in from Carson to see what you had. He stayed late and closed a deal with me that night. "I could not be happier with the whole Reno Harley Davidson experiance. My wife Julie and I went to Reno Harley to meet with Lewis Olvera who I dealt with during a purchase of a city owned Police Motorcycle. Lewis was outstanding to work with, showing us all the models we wanted to look at, and never acting as if he was in a hurry, and the financing and insurance set up was very fast. The service departement took my 17 year old son on a tour of the shop and even let him sit on a Chopper. He will never forget that experiance. "All my experiences with Reno HD have been positive, but Toby (and the rest of the crew) in service went above and beyond in helping me with my service/ extended warranty issues. They communicated with me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the progress, and worked with me to get both the best value and performance on my bike (which was purchased out of state!). The outstanding attitude about helping the customer seems, unfortunately, to be a rarity these days, but the RHD service department really does live up to its name.
