Early Season Special (thru 4/30/2010) - Get a Fri. - Sun. rate for the same as a Mon. - Thurs. rate.
Multi-Day Special - Rent 3 or more days and receive a 10% discount.
Extended Demo - Rent any 3 motorcycles (upon availability) for one day at $125 and the rental will be refunded if you decide to purchase a Harley-Davidson within two-weeks.
Included with your 24-hour rental:
Liberal mileage allowance of 500 FREE miles per day($.25 per mile over the limit charge).
Helmet that meets D.O.T. requirements for driver and passenger
Saddlebags (see bike specs)
All necessary locks

Protection Package:
*Loss Damage Waiver - $24.31 per day. (limits your responsibility in the event the motorcycle is damaged)
*Personal Accident and Property Damage Insurance - $10.85 per day. (Protects your personal belongings and provides a benefit in a case of accidental death and/or injury)
*Supplemental Liability - $15.00 per day. (Provides coverage for the Rentee in case of an at-fault accident)

*Gold Protection Package (includes all 3 listed above) - $39.90 per day.
Rider Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement from county/state of permanent residence. Any major credit card on which Reno Harley-Davidson/Buell can authorize a $2,000 financial responsibility deposit. No cash deposits will be accepted. You will be required to perform a brief riding skills test. Eligibility to rent will be determined by a representative of Reno H-D.
Financial Responsibility Deposit:
You are responsible for returning the motorcycle in the same condition as it was rented. If the motorcycle you are renting is damaged, you will be responsible for the repairs up to the full value of the motorcycle. By accepting the Loss Damage Waiver your liability is limited to the $2,000 financial responsibility deposit. This is in addition to any rental charge(s) you may owe. All repairs will be done by Reno Harley-Davidson/Buell.
Reservations & Information:
Reservations are encouraged. To make a reservation or for more information, contact us online or drop by the shop. Rental bikes cannot be taken outside of the Continental United States. 48 hour notice is required for a cancellation or you will receive a $50.00 charge to your credit card.
